I have recently paid for a large sum of gold from a seller on your website called "AbsoluteGold" who has a "1 hour delivery time", the money has been taken from my bank account and the seller will not reply on my messages to him. I would like to be refunded in some sort of way so that I'm able to buy gold from another seller on this website.
