NEED TO SPEAK TO SELLER AFTER PURCHASE -OSRS ACCOUNT

Hello,

After purchasing a OSRS account from GoldWoWeu , the account was delivered to me and the payment confirmed. As I was playing on the account, I got logged out of the game. This is because Runescape think that the account has been stolen, due to the fact the seller is not from my country, and the account is now playing in my country (UK) on a different IP. In order to unlock the account, I need to contact the seller so he can fill in the online form Runescape need to unlock the account.

The reason I am unable to do this is because it asks when the account was originally created, what country, first password ETC and the only person who knows this is the seller.
