ORDER# 8741461

This order also needs to be cancelled, it's been 2 hours and I don't have my gems despite a promise of 40 minutes in the description. 


The seller said I need to 'bind my account', I don't understand what that means, I've tried googling it but it doesn't know... My android and Apple ID are both linked already and that's all I can think of. 


If this issue can be explained to me then i do not need a refund...
