No reply from "Player" (4 hours) past delivery time

I're ordered #8948544 and #8948515 more than 4 hours ago. The seller was online back then (!) and the ETA of the delivery was 1 hour. 4 hours later, he's suddenly offline and I have no reply from him in the chat.


Question: how do I reach out to him if I cannot even view his profile?
