Hello, I have sold my accounts and due to the slight difference in the power (impacted by KE), I have told the buyer that I would refund a portion to him. Could anyone tell me how to process this refund? The order has completed so I am no longer able to access the chat box with the buyer.
Attached chat log with the seller clearly shows that he has accessed to my accounts and moved to his.
I understand it can take up to 7 days being the period of insurance, but I hope to hear some sort of confirmation from G2G.
I have sent emails to the address of email@example.com with screenshots and videos but no response.
