GamerProtect for Sellers

GamerProtect provides protections against chargebacks, fraud, and delivery disputes from buyers, as long as sellers comply with G2G’s Terms of Service and delivery requirements.

It is important to distinguish between Chargeback Protection and Complaint (Product) Dispute, as these are separate processes with different eligibility criteria.

Chargeback Protection

Chargeback Protection applies when a buyer files an unauthorized payment dispute (chargeback) directly with their bank or payment provider.

If eligible, G2G will protect the seller from chargeback liability, provided the seller meets all qualification requirements.
Detailed eligibility criteria and qualification requirements are outlined in the following article:
What Is Seller Protection and How to Qualify for It?

Sellers must ensure full compliance with the requirements stated in that article in order to qualify for Chargeback Protection.

GamerProtect WILL NOT cover sellers if:

  1. Product or services not as described.
  2. Non-delivery of an order.
  3. Intentional fraud or scam. A seller's account will be permanently suspended, and G2G reserves the right to recall all payments disbursed to the seller and pursue legal action.

Complaint (Product) Dispute

Complaint (Product) Dispute applies when a buyer files a complaint directly through the G2G platform regarding product-related issues. In this cases, sellers must:

  1. Comply with G2G’s Terms of Service.
  2. Deliver the product or service exactly as described in the listing.
  3. Upload valid proof of delivery within the stipulated timeframe.
  4. Ensure that the proof submitted meets G2G’s delivery proof requirements.

If valid proof of delivery is not submitted within the required timeframe, G2G will assume that no proof was provided, and decisions in dispute cases will be made accordingly.

GamerProtect WILL NOT cover sellers if:
Sellers with a high number of complaints or disputes, G2G reserves the right to take action such as refunding the order, withholding payment, or suspending selling privileges.

Submitting Proof of Delivery

When the buyer clicks "Order Complete", it doesn't automatically release the money to you. You must upload valid delivery proof immediately after completing an order. All delivery proofs must be uploaded directly through your Sold Order page on G2G. Submissions sent via email will not be accepted.

If no valid proof of delivery is uploaded within the stipulated timeframe, G2G will assume that the seller did not submit proof, and decisions in case of disputes will be made accordingly.

File Requirements

  • Supported formats: jpg, jpeg, gif, png, mp4, 3gp, mov, wmv, avi, flv
  • Maximum size:100 MB per file
  • Maximum quantity:150 files per order

For orders exceeding USD 500.00, sellers are required to keep a copy of video proof. Certain games may also require video proof regardless of the trading amount—please refer to our guidelines.

For Account Services, this includes screenshots of account information such as login email and password, which you submitted through G2G to the buyer.

For games that support email notifications: Screenshots of such notifications indicating changes made to the sold account, such as login IP or device changes.

For other game services, screenshots or video proof must show the buyer's character ID and the quantity before and after the delivery.

Any screenshots to validate the completion of transactions must also be included as proof. G2G reserves the right to cancel the order if the seller is found to have submitted incorrect or fake proof of delivery.
