Why is my funds put on reserves (For SG users)?

Funds may be retained when there is a trading dispute or problems related to your G2G account, such as technical problems or problems relating to sanctions screening, know-your-customer checks and law enforcement actions. In such cases, the funds will be held by a licensed payment service provider in its safeguarded customer monies account. We will require your cooperation to facilitate with the investigation. Once the trading dispute has been resolved, such amount of funds will be released by the licensed payment service provider to your payment account.
