Withdrawn wrongly or by mistake
Solution: Please contact us by sending a ticket for cancellation of payment request, provided that the payment has not yet been processed or completed by our licensed payment service provider partner.
Withdrawal transaction has been cancelled
1. Technical issue with payment gateway
Solution: Please make a withdrawal request again.
2. Account validity issue
Solution: Please verify the payment account information and make a withdrawal request again once the correct information has been updated.
3. Issue with Sold Orders
Solution: Please contact our customer support for more details.
4. Insufficient available balance in your account
Solution: Please adjust the withdrawal amount and try again, or withdraw in another currency (not applicable to Singapore users).
5. Payment refused (PayPal MassPay) - unable to send the payment to the recipient
Solution: Your PayPal account has refused to accept payment. Please contact PayPal to check on your account to fix the issue.
6. Payment denied (PayPal MassPay) - the recipient is unable to accept the payment
Solution: PayPal informed us that payment is denied as your account settings may not allow for the acceptance of payment from us. Please check your account settings with PayPal.
7. Recipient accepts PayPal payments only through their website (PayPal Regular)
Solution: Your PayPal account settings only allows for the acceptance of payment via website checkout. Please change your PayPal account settings or changed your payment details to another available PayPal account.
Payment has been delayed
Payments will be settled by our licensed payment service provider partner in accordance with the terms of its platform.

Solution: Payment may be delayed where our licensed payment service provider partner conducts system maintenance. The licensed payment service provider partner will process your payment in accordance with the terms of its platform as soon as the maintenance is over.
1. Payment is unclaimed (PayPal MassPay)
Solution: Our licensed payment service provider partner has processed the payment but PayPal shows the payment as unclaimed. Please login to your PayPal account to select the currency arrangement and accept the funds.
