How can I request payment to my Payoneer account (SG)?

Note: With effect from December 16th, 2022, Payoneer will cease services in Russia and close all new registrations from Russia on December 1st, 2022. The last payment withdrawal date is on December 1st, 2022.

How can I request payment to my Payoneer account?

1. Go to "My G2G" and click "Payment". You may make a conversion or withdrawal request via embedded APIs on the G2G platform and which will automatically communicated to Payoneer. All conversion and withdrawal requests and transactions will be processed by Payoneer.

2. [If you wish to convert your funds, click “Convert”. Currency conversion requests will be received and processed by Payoneer. For Singapore users, please note that all transactions will be in Singapore Dollars and funds may only be withdrawn in Singapore dollars.]

3. [If you wish to withdraw your funds, click “Withdraw”. Withdrawal requests and payment of funds will be processed by Payoneer.]

4. Payment will be processed by Payoneer in accordance with the terms and conditions of its services. You may manage your payment accounts through the Payoneer platform.

 

Payoneer account withdrawal fee to your bank:

- The exact fees for withdrawal from your Payoneer account to your bank account will depend on your account usage.

- A request by the same account to withdraw an amount higher than USD 1,000 may take 3-4 working days to process.

- A withdrawal fee may be applied by Payoneer if you withdraw funds from your Payoneer account to your local bank account.

- Detailed pricing and fee information can be viewed during registration on the top left corner under the “Fees” tab on the Payoneer website. After registration, please go to the "Pricing & Fees" tab located under the "Help" menu in My Account.
