- For Sellers from Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore, please note that all transactions will be in the local currency and funds may only be withdrawn in the local currency. Disbursement of funds will be processed by our licensed payment service provider partner.
- In accordance with our Terms of Service, upon Sellers’ registration on the G2G platform, we are authorised to create an account for the Seller on the Seller’s behalf with our licensed payment service provider partner. Sellers may add and/or modify the details of their payment accounts in their account with our licensed payment service provider partner, to receive funds.
- All withdrawal requests and transactions will be processed by our licensed payment service provider partner.
- Indonesian users may face limitations on the payment amounts received via the payment gateway operated by our licensed payment service provider partner, typically capped at 20 million Indonesian Rupiah per month. Any excess amount beyond such limit will be disbursed in the following month.
- Errors in adding a payment account on our licensed payment service provider partner’s platform could be due to various reasons:
- Selection of the wrong currency (where currency conversion is available). Sellers must ensure the correct currency setting.
- Unauthenticated withdrawal account. Contact our licensed payment service provider for authentication.
- Inconsistent account names [or account does not meet our licensed payment service provider’s prevailing customer due diligence checks]. Please contact G2G customer support at support@g2g.com. We will convey the support request to our licensed payment service provider, who provides all payment services to you in connection with your use of the G2G platform, and work with them to address the issue.
- Sellers may manage their payment accounts through our licensed payment service provider partner’s platform, which may be accessed via embedded APIs on the G2G platform.
