Business Account FAQ

Where do I sign up for a Business Account?

You can register for a Business Account via our Sign Up page. Click the “Register as business seller” tab to start the application process.


Why is my country not listed in the sign-up options?

Your country may be on our restricted countries list. Due to legal regulations and financial sanctions enforced by international authorities, we are unable to accept sign-ups from certain high-risk regions. If your country is on this list, we regret that we cannot process your registration at this time.


How long does verification take?

Once you have submitted all required documents, the verification process usually takes between 2 to 72 hours.


How do I request a payment?

Business Account holders use the same payment request steps as standard sellers.

Why am I being asked to update my information or re-upload documents?

Your previous submission was rejected due to missing or unclear information.
We will send you an email with detailed instructions explaining what documents or details need to be re-uploaded or corrected.
Please follow the instructions in the email carefully.

After resubmitting, we’ll notify you by email whether your Business Account has been approved or if additional verification is still needed.
