Business Account FAQ

Where do I sign up Business Account?

You can sign up for a Business Account through our Sign Up page at https://www.g2g.com/signup. Look for the 'Register as business seller' tab to begin the process.

Why do I not see an my country name in the sign up region list?

Your country may be on our restricted countries list. Due to regulations and financial sanctions imposed by governing bodies, we are unable to allow sign-ups from certain high-risk countries. Unfortunately, this means we cannot accept your registration at this time.

How long does the verification take?

Once you have submitted all the requested documents, the verification process typically takes between 2 to 72 hours.  

How do I request for payment?

Business Account holders follow the same payment request procedure as regular sellers. To learn how to request a payment, please consult our guide: "How to request payment?"

Why am I being requested to update info / re-upload documents? What info do I need to update?

Your submission has been rejected for undisclosed reasons. We will send you an email with specific instructions, highlighting the documents or information that need to be re-uploaded or updated. Please follow these instructions carefully.

After resubmission, we will notify you via email whether your Business account has been approved or if further verification is required.
