You can join if:
- You have a G2G account (new and existing users are both welcome)
- New G2G customers with no previous PayPal transaction history on G2G, and existing customers whose last PayPal transaction on G2G was approximately one year ago.
- Your PayPal billing address is in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand or Vietnam
- You have not already received the First-Pay Cashback in this campaign
How to get your USD 5 cashback in G2G Points
- Log in to your G2G account, or sign up for one.
- Add items to your cart so that one order totals at least USD 15 before discounts.
- At checkout, choose PayPal as your payment method.
- Complete your payment while a campaign run is active.
- Make sure your order completes without being cancelled, refunded or disputed. Your cashback in G2G Points will be credited within 14 days after that run ends.

Daily reward limit
Each day of a run has a limited number of rewards. The limit resets every day at 00:00 (GMT+8). Once the day's rewards run out, PayPal orders placed later that day won't qualify, but you can try again the next day while the run is still active. Later runs have more rewards available each day.
FAQ
Q : Can I get the cashback more than once?
A : No. Each user gets it once for the entire campaign. If you received it in Run 1, you can't get it again in Run 2 or Run 3.
Q : I've paid with PayPal on G2G before. Can I still join?
A : Only new G2G customers with no previous PayPal transaction history on G2G, and existing customers whose last PayPal transaction on G2G was approximately one year ago.
Q : Is the USD 15 minimum for one order?
A : Yes. It must be a single order worth at least USD 15 before any discounts. You can't combine several smaller orders to reach it.
Q : I pay in my local currency. How is the minimum calculated?
A : Your order value is converted to USD using the exchange rate applied when you pay.
Q : Can I use this with other G2G promotions?
A : No. This cashback can't be combined with other G2G promotions, vouchers or offers.
Q : What if my order is cancelled, refunded or disputed?
A : The order won't qualify. If cashback has already been credited for that order, G2G may remove it.
Q : How do I know if I got the cashback?
A : Check your G2G Points balance within 14 days after the run ends.
Q : My PayPal billing address is outside Southeast Asia. Can I join?
A : No. The campaign only covers PayPal accounts with a billing address in the six countries listed above.

- The campaign runs in three periods: 25–31 October 2026, 25 November–1 December 2026, and 25–31 December 2026, all in GMT+8. Each run starts at 00:00 on the first day and ends at 23:59 on the last day.
- The campaign is open to G2G users whose PayPal billing address is in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand or Vietnam.
- To qualify, a user must place a single order of at least USD 15 (before discounts), paid in full with PayPal during an active campaign run.
- Each user may receive the cashback once for the whole campaign. One user means one G2G account and one PayPal account.
- Rewards are limited each day and given first come, first served. The daily limit resets at 00:00 (GMT+8).
- The USD 5 cashback is credited as G2G Points within 14 days after the end of the run in which the qualifying order was placed. Points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred. [TBC]
- Orders that are cancelled, refunded, disputed or charged back do not qualify, and G2G may reverse any cashback already credited for them.
