Why is my account suspended or restricted?

Account suspension or restriction may occur for various reasons, including but not limited to the following:

  • Engaging in private deals or transacting outside of G2G

  • Suspicious behavior or involvement in fraudulent activities

  • Irregularities in account activity

  • Violation of the Terms of Service

  • Submitting fraudulent claims, such as filing a chargeback after receiving an order

  • Asking users to complete a transaction before delivering the order

  • Creating multiple accounts

  • Exploiting the G2G Marketplace system

  • Harassment, spamming, abusive behavior, or any inappropriate conduct
