Seller has failed to deliver in the 1 hour guaranteed time. I was told by the seller that it would take about 6 hours for delivery. Over 6 hours has passed and seller hasn't responded.

After 4 days and no delivery seller continues to ask for more time. I believe I've given plenty. I would like to cancel my order and have my refund be sent back to my paypal.
