1. To request for order cancellation, navigate to your order page and click on the "Report" button.
2. Select "Request to cancel". Depending on order status, select the reason for cancellation and refund method (if applicable).
3. After you have submitted the request for order cancellation, seller will either approve or reject it (with reason provided). If the seller did not respond within the given time frame, the order will be automatically cancelled.
4. If the seller repeatedly reject the cancellation request, you may escalate to us for further assistance.
