Sellers must fulfill orders within the specified delivery time and using the buyer's selected delivery method. If a seller does not meet these requirements, they are fully responsible for any trade disputes, and G2G may take appropriate action, including issuing refunds. Sellers should log in regularly to reflect their online status, increasing the chance of receiving orders.Proof of Delivery

Sellers cannot request cancellations. If an order is canceled due to the seller's fault, they may need to compensate the buyer. Sellers must ensure stock levels are accurate at all times and have the items in possession before listing.Communication

Sellers cannot provide or accept offsite trades or personal offers. Violators will have their accounts permanently banned.Respectful Communication

G2G is committed to maintaining secure transactions within our platform. Offsite trades are not covered by G2G, and we are not liable for such transactions.
Sellers caught directing traffic offsite for trades will have their accounts suspended. Always report any suspicious offsite trading attempts.
