How Do I Complete the Identity Verification?

To ensure the best image quality during identity verification, we recommend using a mobile device with the following browsers, as mobile cameras usually perform better than webcams:

  • Android: Firefox or Chrome

  • iOS: Safari


Step-by-Step Guide

1. Scan the QR Code
Use a QR code scanner app on your mobile phone or tablet to begin the process.

  • iOS: You can use the default camera app (which includes a QR scanner).

  • Android: Download a QR scanner app from the Google Play Store.
    Alternatively, you can also proceed using a computer with a webcam.

2. Select Your Country/Region and Document Type
Ensure that the country/region and the type of document you select match the ID you are going to upload.

3. Prepare Your Document
Only physical ID documents are accepted. This includes a valid government-issued driving license, passport, or ID card.
Place the document within the camera frame, ensuring:

  • The image is clear

  • No glare or reflections

  • Text is fully readable
    Click the camera button to take the picture.

4. Confirm or Retake
After capturing the image, click Confirm if it's clear. Otherwise, click Retake to try again.

5. Capture the Back of Your ID
Repeat the same process for the back side of your ID document.
Click Confirm once the image is clear.

6. Take a Selfie
You’ll be prompted to take a selfie. Click Start Now to continue.
Make sure to:

  • Position your face properly in the frame

  • Avoid wearing sunglasses, hats, or anything covering your face

  • Stand against a plain background or clear wall

7. Follow On-Screen Instructions
You may be asked to perform a simple action (e.g., smile) while the camera captures your image.

8. Capture and Confirm Your Selfie
Click the camera button to take your selfie. Confirm the image if it’s clear or retake if needed.

9. Completion Notification
Once all images are submitted and validated, you’ll receive a notification confirming successful completion.
