What are the documents used for verification?
Typically users are required to provide the following documents that matches the information in your G2G account, but depending on compliance requirements, additional documents may be required:
- Government-issued National Identity Card or passport, which shows the full name, address, date of birth and must still be valid.
- Proof of address such as utility bills, which shows the full name and address, and the statement must be within the last 3 months.

How do I ensure my submitted documents are accepted?
- Do not crop or edit the documents.
- Make sure the photos of the document is taken in a brightly lit room with no glare, and the writing is clear and legible.
- Check and make sure the document is still valid. Expired documents will be rejected.
- Make sure the actual document is with you and in your possession when taking photos.
