Boosting Delivery Proof Requirement

Note: This is a general guideline. Each game may have unique requirements or additional proof needed. Always follow the specific rules for the game you are providing service for.


Required Steps for Delivery Proof

1. Buyer Confirmation Before Boosting

Before starting the boost, sellers must first confirm with the buyer which character is to be boosted. This includes details such as:

  • Character name

  • Character server

  • Character ID (if available)

Sellers must take a screenshot or video of the conversation confirming these details and upload it to the order page after the boost is completed.


2. Pre-Boost Game Account Snapshot

Before starting the boost, sellers must capture the current game status of the buyer’s character, such as:

  • Character level

  • Rank

  • Inventory or stats

Take screenshots or video of the account's pre-boost state, and upload them to the order page after the service is completed.


3. Post-Boost Game Account Snapshot

Once the boost is completed, sellers must again capture the updated character status, including:

  • New level

  • Updated rank

  • Changed inventory or progress

Upload the post-boost screenshots or video to the same order page to serve as final delivery proof.


Example Scenario

If a buyer purchases a boosting service from level 40 to 50, the required steps would be:

  • Chat with the buyer to confirm which character is to be boosted

  • Capture the character’s pre-boost level, rank, and inventory

  • After boosting, capture the post-boost level, rank, and inventory

All proof must be uploaded through the order page.


Additional Information

  1. Upload proof only through the Sold Order page.
    Delivery proof sent via email will not be accepted.
    If no proof is uploaded on time, it will be considered unsubmitted, and decisions during a dispute will reflect that.

    • Supported formats: jpg, jpeg, gif, png, mp4, 3gp, mov, wmv, avi, flv

    • Max file size: 100MB per file

    • Max files per order: 150

  2. Screenshots validating transaction completion must be included.

  3. All image or video proof must clearly display the character ID and the before-and-after status of the boost.

  4. If the media is not in English, please provide a brief translation or explanation.

  5. G2G reserves the right to cancel orders where false or misleading delivery proof is found.
