Request Tax Invoice (Faktur Pajak) for Indonesian Sellers

What is Tax Invoice?

A tax invoice (faktur pajak) is evidence of tax collection made by taxable entrepreneurs (PKP) who conduct the delivery of taxable goods or taxable services (as defined by tax regulations issued by the Directorate General of Taxation of Indonesia).

The requirements for requesting a Tax Invoice for input tax credit are as follows:

  1. Sellers requesting a tax invoice must be entities designated by the Indonesian government as taxable entrepreneurs (PKP).
  2. Sellers are required to provide identity verification such as Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP) and/or National Identity Card Number (NIK), within the body of an email, containing the following information:

    - First and Last Name (based on TAXID/NIK)

    - TaxID/NIK Number

    - Month and Year of Transaction requested

    - Seller Email Address

    - Attach Invoice (If Any)

  3. The deadline for requesting a Tax Invoice for transactions in the current month is the 20th of the following month, at 23:59 WIB.
  4. Tax Invoices will be sent every month to the seller's registered email, at the latest by the end of the following month after the transaction occurred.
  5. Requests for tax invoices by sellers, after considering the provisions above, can be submitted  via https://support.g2g.com/support/tickets/new or email to [email protected]
  6. Submit an email with the subject “Request Tax Invoice_ID Seller_Seller Name_Month/Year Transaction (example: 0424)”.
