Request Tax Invoice (Faktur Pajak) for Indonesian Sellers

What is a Tax Invoice?

A tax invoice (faktur pajak) serves as evidence of tax collection by taxable entrepreneurs (PKP) who provide taxable goods or services, as outlined by the tax regulations issued by the Directorate General of Taxation of Indonesia.

Requirements for Requesting a Tax Invoice for Input Tax Credit:

  • Sellers requesting a tax invoice must be registered as taxable entrepreneurs (PKP) by the Indonesian government.

  • Sellers must provide identity verification, such as their Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP) and/or National Identity Card Number (NIK), within the body of the email. The email should include the following information:

    • First and Last Name (as per TAXID/NIK)

    • TaxID/NIK Number

    • Month and Year of the requested transaction

    • Seller Email Address

    • Attach Invoice (if applicable)

  • The deadline for requesting a tax invoice for transactions in the current month is the 20th of the following month, by 23:59 WIB.

  • Tax invoices will be sent to the seller's registered email every month, no later than the end of the following month after the transaction.

  • Sellers can submit their tax invoice requests through this link or by emailing support@g2g.com.

  • The email subject should read: “Request Tax Invoice_ID Seller_Seller Name_Month/Year Transaction” (e.g., 0424).
