GamerProtect guarantees that buyers will get exactly what they paid for. We will only release the seller's money after you confirm you have received the item and everything is correct.
What GamerProtect Covers For Buyers?
GamerProtect will cover a buyer’s purchase when:
- The buyer did not receive their order after payment was made.
- The item received does not match the product description.
GamerProtect WILL NOT cover a buyer's purchase when:
- Buyers who have already verified and confirmed receipt of their order.
- Cases of buyer’s remorse, where the buyer simply changes their mind after purchasing.
- Transactions made outside of the G2G Marketplace, including private deals or off-platform communication.
- Any changes made by the game developer or publisher after the delivery has been completed successfully.
- Buyers make fraudulent claims. We reserve the right to pursue legal action and permanently suspend a buyer's account for filing fraudulent claims.
- Buyers make payment disputes and chargebacks. We will cease our investigation and will not entertain any further refund requests if such issues arise.
Confirming and Accepting Your Order
Confirming receipt of your order
As a buyer, you should only confirm receipt after verifying that the item you received matches the seller’s description and is in proper working condition. Once you confirm receipt, it means you are satisfied with your purchase and agree to release the payment to the seller. This confirmation is an important step in closing the transaction securely for both parties.
Acceptance good and service
You are considered to have accepted the purchased goods or services if no issues, claims, or complaints are submitted within 72 hours of delivery. Once payment has been released to the seller, refunds will not be issued, so it’s important to review your order carefully before confirming completion.
