Verification Required : Phone Number & Payment Country Mismatch

Our security system has detected a mismatch between your account phone number and the country of your payment method. To protect your account from unauthorized use, we require further verification.

To resolve this issue, you have two options to proceed with your transaction:

  1. Update Your Phone Number: Change your registered phone number to match the country of your current payment method/residency.
  2. Submit Verification (POI): If you are traveling or using an international card, please submit a Proof of Identity (POI) through our secure verification portal.

Why is this necessary?
This check ensures that the payment method is being used by the authorized account holder.
