Seller not responding

 It said 5-15 minutes delivery, i've been waiting for over an hour.

I've also tried to chat with the seller, he's not replying either, yet it says he's online.

Regarding your order 8423937 , we have informed the seller to respond to you at G2G chat.

 

 The seller is still not replying to G2G chat after several attempts.


Can i just cancel this order ?

We have notified our respective department about your cancellation request and it will refunded into store credit within 30 minutes.
