I recently purchased this account, and it says I entered no payment information, when I received and email stating that I have paid it.
In regards to your order 8527008, kindly provide us with the Paypal payment receipt if you have been charged by emailing us at email@example.com. The email you received from us is just an automated notification sent to you, regardless whether the charges goes through or otherwise. If you have been charged successfully for the order, you will receive another notification stating that your order is successfully processed.
If you have not been charged to your Paypal account, you may ignore the order and place a new one accordingly.
