Chat error / Seller question

 Trying to chat/contact the user if he's available for delivery soon gives me this:

"Oops...
You are unable to access Chat Application due to no processing order at the moment.
Please check your order status at MyG2G, or place a new order."

Delivery time is 12h (Which I think is spot on right now, ordered around 3am yesterday and it's 3pm now)

Can you see if the user has at least logged on the last day(s)?

Kindly login to your registered Paypal email address and click on the verification link attached within the email. It is also recommended to check on your Spam/Junk mailbox as well if you are unable to locate the email. Once verified, your order will be processed accordingly and you will be able to contact the Seller via chat.
