Refund Order 8957550

Hello it's been since 10 august that i sended all the infos needed for the seller (xiongtengy) even one of the g2g support member told me he will contact him to see how it goes and it's been now 4 days that i don't have any news. If you could tell me what's going on. thanks for understanding.
