I made an error in my order for top-up. I tried contacting the seller through g2g chat but the seller is not responding. Also tried contacting via the wechat link that is shown on the seller's profile but still no reply. Further, it says that delivery should be fast and would only take around an hour but I still haven't receive my order. I have provided my account info and it bothers me. Is there a way to just cancel my order and issue a refund? I can't go on with this.
