seller not responding

It has already been 3 days since I placed the order and made the payment. I thought the platform operators would contact the seller and give me the account information but right now it seems that it is me who need to contact the seller. (Btw I paid over 400 bucks for this so I am really urgent to see some feedback) I have already contacted him but there's still no reply. I currently live in China so there would probably exist a 11hr time zone difference from here to EST,  thus the communication between me and that seller might be extremely inefficient. So would u guys help me contact that seller? Thank u.
