Estimated time has passed but I haven't received my item.

ORDER №10703823

I waited for about 6 hours for the item and send a message to the seller but didn't reply me at all. I send the detail he/she might need to reduce the time but still no answer and I didn't receive the item. 

What should I do now? I will cancel the order if there's no explanation. Please, I trust this community.
