No delivery, no answer

I made the ORDER №10830300, with 1 hour delivery time.

I got a message of the order being delivered in maximum 1 hour.

After the time passed, the delivery time changed to "Contact G2G Support". And, of course, no delivery.... Now what?

Cancel the order because I think the live chat is broken or something mines the same.
