- Have someone check the tickets not just autoreply the same thing over and over.
- Have people work at the phone number you list for help not just a msg saying nobody is available and hang up on you all throughout the day
- Here's a great one. When you say 5-35 min and 14 hours later you still aren't helping a customer even though you took their money in the first minute... do a follow-up.
- When there is a link to chat for help. Try and make sure they can use it and someone is actually there "to chat" when they finally are forced to buy something in order to even try to talk to someone real.
