Evidence Requirements for Sellers
Screenshots or Videos:
- Must include the amount before and after the transaction.
- Must display the customer’s ID.
- Must show the date on the screen.
- Must be unedited and provide a full screenshot of the screen.
Receipt for Top-Up:
- Must show the payment method.
- Must show the date of transaction.
- Must show the transaction currency.
- Must show the value of transaction.
- Must show the name and address.
- Must indicate that credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal were not used.
- Must be unedited and provide a full screenshot of the screen.
Additional Notes:
- Privacy: Some example screenshots shown below have censored information for privacy. However, when uploading your own evidence, no information should be obscured.
- Compliance: If sellers fail to comply with these delivery proof requirements, funds will not be released until proper documentation is submitted.
