Evidence Requirements for Sellers:
- Screenshots or Videos:
- Must include the amount before and after the transaction.
- Must display the customer’s ID.
- Must show the date on the screen.
- Must be unedited and provide a full screenshot of the screen.
- Receipt for Top-Up:
- Must show the payment method.
- Must show date of transaction.
- Must show transaction currency.
- Must show value of transaction.
- Must show name and address.
- Must indicate that credit cards or PayPal were not used.
- Must be unedited and provide a full screenshot of the screen.
Additional Notes:
- Privacy: For privacy reasons, some example screenshots have been censored. However, when you upload evidence, no information should be obscured.
- Compliance: If sellers fail to comply with the delivery proof requirements, they will not receive funds until the required proof is submitted.
- Support: Sellers should contact our support team or email business@g2g.com to clarify the delivery proof requirements if the mentioned factors are not included in the receipt, before proceeding with manual delivery.
