Manual Top Up Delivery Proof Requirement

Evidence Requirements for Sellers:
  1. Screenshots or Videos:
  • Must include the amount before and after the transaction.
  • Must display the customer’s ID.
  • Must show the date on the screen.
  • Must be unedited and provide a full screenshot of the screen.
  1. Receipt for Top-Up:
  • Must show the payment method.
  • Must show date of transaction.
  • Must show transaction currency.
  • Must show value of transaction.
  • Must show name and address.
  • Must indicate that credit cards or PayPal were not used.
  • Must be unedited and provide a full screenshot of the screen.
Additional Notes:
  • Privacy: For privacy reasons, some example screenshots have been censored. However, when you upload evidence, no information should be obscured.
  • Compliance: If sellers fail to comply with the delivery proof requirements, they will not receive funds until the required proof is submitted.
