Note : Conversion of Seller Withdrawal Credit to another currency is not supported at present.
To comply with regulatory requirements, funds can only be withdrawn to payment accounts where the beneficiary name matches the G2G profile name.
Sellers can manage their payments using either of the following options:
Payment Options
Auto Remittance
Eligible sellers can opt into automatic payments. This ensures withdrawals are processed promptly and without manual steps.Manual Payment Request
Sellers may also request withdrawals manually. This option offers more flexibility but is subject to company approval.
Step-by-Step Guide to Manual Payment Request
Log in to your G2G account, and click your "profile icon" in the top menu. From the dropdown, select "Available Balance".
You may withdraw to an existing payment account or add a new one
To add a new account, select a payment gateway or change the currency to see more options
Fill in all required information and click Submit to save your new payment account
When you're ready to withdraw, select a payment account and enter the amount
Review all information carefully before confirming your withdrawal
After submission, you'll receive a payment request number
To view your payment ID, click on your Available Balance
You’ll then be able to retrieve your Payment ID and view full details
