Why Is My Fund Put on Reserves?

Your funds may be placed in reserve when there is:

  • An ongoing trading dispute, or

  • Issues related to your G2G account such as suspected policy violations or verification delays

To resolve the matter, we may request your cooperation and supporting information to assist with the investigation.

Once the issue or dispute has been resolved, the reserved funds will be released back into your account.
