I'm Having Issues with My Payment Request — What Can I Do?

If you're experiencing issues with your withdrawal request, please refer to the relevant scenario below to identify the cause and follow the suggested solutions.


Scenario 1: Withdrawal Was Submitted by Mistake

Issue: You submitted a withdrawal in error.

Solution: Please contact our support team by submitting a ticket to request cancellation—provided the payment has not yet been processed or completed.


Scenario 2: Withdrawal Transaction Was Cancelled

1. Technical issue with payment gateway

Solution: Please try withdrawing again. The payment will be processed during the next scheduled cycle.

2. Account validity issue

Solution: Double-check your account details and withdraw again after correcting your payment information.

3. Issue with sold orders

Solution: Please contact G2G customer support for further assistance.

4. Insufficient available balance

Solution: Adjust the withdrawal amount or switch to a different currency and try again.

5. Payment refused (PayPal MassPay)

Solution: Your PayPal account has refused the payment. Please contact PayPal support to resolve the issue. Once fixed, update your G2G account information and withdraw again.

6. Payment denied (PayPal MassPay)

Solution: Your PayPal settings may not allow receiving funds from G2G. Please review and update your PayPal settings before attempting withdrawal again.

7. Recipient only accepts PayPal payments via website (PayPal Regular)

Solution: Your PayPal account only accepts payments through website checkout. Update your settings or switch to a different account and try again.


Scenario 3: Withdrawal Transaction Was Delayed

1. National public holiday

Solution: Withdrawals will be processed on the next working business day.

2. System maintenance

Solution: Our finance team will process your payment once the payment gateway is back online.

3. Technical issue with Skrill (Moneybookers)

Solution: We will process your withdrawal once the issue is resolved with Skrill.

4. Payment is unclaimed (PayPal MassPay)

Solution: The payment has been sent but remains unclaimed. Please log into your PayPal account to review currency settings and accept the funds.
