Buyer Logged into the Game Account During Boosting or Top-Up Service. What Should I Do?

If the buyer logs into the game account while a boosting or top-up service is in progress:

  • Please take a screenshot as evidence and email it to us so we can investigate the issue.

  • You may also contact the buyer directly through the G2G Chat Application to discuss the issue and arrange how to proceed with the order.
