Qualification Criteria
To be eligible for seller chargeback protection, sellers must meet the following requirements:
Respond promptly to email notifications about chargebacks and submit sufficient proof of delivery.
Maintain a monthly chargeback percentage that does not exceed 0.5%.

Sellers will receive an instant payout even if the chargeback is decided in favor of the buyer, as long as:
The chargeback percentage is 0.5% or lower, and
Adequate delivery proof is provided on time.
Not eligible
If a seller does not meet the criteria:
The disputed amount will be held until the payment gateway reaches a decision.
If the seller wins, the funds will be released.
If the buyer wins, the amount will be deducted.
This applies to all types of chargeback reasons.
