1 | Participation in the G2G Affiliate Lucky Draw Campaign (“Campaign”) constitutes the participant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, including any variations to the same made by Gamer2Gamer Sdn Bhd (“G2G”) without prior notice. |
Eligibility | |
2 | The Campaign is applicable to all G2G users. |
3 | Users must have a G2G account registered and have joined the G2G Affiliate Program organized by G2G. |
4 | Employees of G2G Marketing, Branding, and BD are ineligible to participate in the Campaign. |
Campaign Period | |
5 | The Campaign will run from 1 November 2024 - 31 January 2025, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”). |
Participation in the Campaign | |
6 | Each participant is required to create and share at least ONE (1) referral link during the campaign period AND |
7 | Participants must ensure that at least ONE (1) new member makes a purchase through their referral link during the campaign period. |
8 | Users are allowed to share more and get more members for the prize throughout the Campaign Period to increase the chances of winning provided the qualification requirement is met. |
Conduct of Lucky Draw and Prizes | |
9 | There will be TWO HUNDRED (200) winners selected at random during the Lucky Draw. Each winner is only entitled to win one prize. |
10 | The following prizes are available to the selected winner: |

(hereinafter collectively referred to as “Campaign Prize(s)”) | |
Prize Collection | |
11 | Winners of the Campaign will be selected and announced within FOURTEEN (14) working days from the end of the Campaign Period. |
12 | G2G shall notify the winners via email. Winners are required to answer ONE (1) question for verification purposes when contacted by G2G. |
13 | The fulfillment period for the Campaign Prizes is within THREE (3) months upon successfully contacting the winners. |
14 | Campaign winner(s) will be required to provide proof of identification and contact details to G2G via email for the prize delivery/collection arrangement. |
15 | The Campaign Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable for cash of any other items. G2G reserves all rights at any time, at its absolute discretion without any prior notice to substitute the Campaign Prizes with another prize of equivalent value to the published Recommended Retail Price (“RRP”). |
16 | G2G makes no warranties or representations whatsoever with respect to the Campaign Prizes and shall not be responsible nor liable for any problems and/or damage thereto or arising therefrom. |
17 | The eligibility to claim the Campaign Prize will be forfeited if the winner cannot be contacted within ONE (1) week from the announcement date. |
18 | In the event a Winner chooses not to accept a Campaign Prize, they will disclaim all rights, interests and claims to that Campaign Prize and the Campaign Prize will be dealt with according to the sole and absolute discretion of G2G. |
19 | All Campaign Prizes are accepted entirely at the risk of the winner, and G2G excludes all liabilities, representation, and warranties in connection with any Campaign Prize to the extent permitted by law. |
20 | All brands, names, and trademarks associated with or used to describe the Campaign Prizes are owned by their respective owners. G2G is not related to, connected to, or associated with these parties in any way, unless otherwise stated. |
21 | Image of the Campaign Prizes used on the promotional materials are for illustration purposes only and do not necessarily reflect the actual prizes. |
General | |
22 | By participating in the Campaign, all participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to: |
23 | Consent to G2G to collect, record, hold, store, use, and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation of the Campaign; and |
24 | Consent to G2G to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information in any media, marketing, or advertising materials; and |
25 | Grant G2G the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial, or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation. |
26 | The prize is non-transferable to another individual and absolutely non-negotiable. G2G will not be held liable for non-receipt of prize or damages caused during the delivery/collection process. No replacement and/or exchange of prizes will be entertained. |
27 | G2G makes no warranties or representations with respect to the prizes and shall not be responsible nor liable for any misuse of any of the prizes, nor for any claims, liability, loss or damages arising out of or in connection with the prize associated with the Campaign. |
28 | G2G's decision regarding the selection of winners, and/or in even situation including any not covered in these Terms and Conditions, shall be final and binding on all participants in the Campaign, and no correspondence will be entertained. |
29 | G2G shall not be liable to any persons participating in the Campaign for any injuries, losses, or damages in respect of, in connection with and/or arising from the Campaign. |
30 | In the event of inconsistency or discrepancy between this Terms and Conditions and the contents of any marketing and/or promotional materials relating to the Campaign, this Terms and Conditions shall prevail. |
31 | G2G shall be entitled to withhold any benefits under the services rendered, with or without notice to the participant if the participant is found to have breached G2G’s Users Terms and Conditions. |
32 | These Terms and Conditions shall be further subject to and be read together with G2G Affiliate Program Agreement. |
