The commission fee typically ranges between 4.99% and 9.99%, but we are currently running a promotional rate of 4.99% for sellers of all rankings.
2. After delivering the Gift Cards, when will I receive my payment?
Answer:
Once the buyer confirms receipt of the Gift Cards, the payment will be released to the seller within 3 days.
3. What should I do if the buyer encounters an issue redeeming the Gift Cards?
Answer:
Sellers must assist buyers in resolving any redemption issues, such as invalid codes or inability to redeem.
If needed, sellers may be required to obtain code redemption verification or assistance directly from the game developer or publisher.
4. I downloaded the sample CSV file to upload Gift Cards in bulk, but the serial numbers appear cut off or incorrect.
Answer:
Please change the column format to "Plain Text" in your document editor (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets) to prevent serial number truncation or formatting errors.
5. What are the consequences if I provide fake codes to buyers?
Answer:
Selling fake codes is strictly prohibited. Any seller found violating this rule will face permanent account suspension, with no option for reinstatement.
To avoid potential complaints and disputes, we will simultaneously freeze the available balance in the account for 6 months. During the withholding period, the platform may, if necessary, deduct funds from the seller's available credit limit to cover any losses, compensations, refunds, fines, or other liabilities arising from the seller's transactions or actions.
6. I wish to assist buyer in resolving their issue. How should I provide the replacement code?
Answer:
Sellers must provide replacement codes only through the order system. Replacement codes sent via other channels are not protected by G2G. If a buyer files a complaint regarding such codes, G2G will proceed with a refund.
