Follow these steps to create and upload multiple listings at once using the bulk listing feature.
- Go to "My G2G" and click "Create Listing" under the Listing tab. Then click "Download List".
- Select your service and game, then click "Download List" to download the .xls file. Save and open it.
- Fill in all required details for each desired server in the .xls file. Use dropdown arrows for selection, and click "Reference" in the file to view example entries.
- Save the file as an xls format. Only xls files are accepted.
- Click "Upload List".
- Select the same service and game, then click "Upload List" and upload your .xls file.
- Preview the listing. A preview will automatically load.
- Note: The preview listing will expire in approximately 1 hour. You cannot upload the same service/game combination again during this period unless the current preview is confirmed or canceled. Please double-check valid listings before proceeding.
- Check the “Invalid Listing” tab to see which entries need revision. Make changes in the .xls file and click "Re-upload" to retry.
- Important: If a server you're trying to list already exists on your profile, it will be marked as an invalid listing. The system will not process it. To update an existing server, go to Manage Listing. Existing listings cannot be overwritten through bulk upload—they must be edited individually.
Then, click "Confirm & Submit" to upload the finalized list.
- Once the listing is successfully published, you can manage it from the Manage Listing page.
