G2G offers two types of top-up services: Direct Top-Up and Manual Top-Up. While both allow credits to be added to your game account, the process differs slightly.

Direct Top-Up

1. Find Order – Search for the top-up offer on www.g2g.com

2. Provide ID – Enter your account ID or required details

3. Make Payment – Complete the payment process

4. Top-Up Successfully Credited – Credits will be automatically added to your game account

Manual Top-Up

1. Find Order – Search for the top-up offer on www.g2g.com

2. Provide ID – Enter your account ID or login details as required

3. Make Payment – Complete the payment process

4. Top-Up Successfully Credited – Credits are manually added by the seller

5. Notify Customer – The seller will notify you via G2G Web Chat once the process is complete

Important Reminders for Manual Top-Up

1. Take Screenshots Before Transaction
   Before placing your order, we recommend noting down and taking screenshots of any valuable in-game items or currency. This helps ensure accuracy and provides a reference in case of any issues with order.

2. Coordinate With the Seller
   After placing the order, reach out to the seller via G2G Web Chat to agree on a suitable time for them to log in and complete the manual top-up.

   Note: Some games may require Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for seller login.

3. Update Your Login Credentials After Completion
   Once the top-up is completed:

   • Change your account password or login details

   • If the game allows, clear the list of previously logged-in devices
