If you're switching devices or transferring ownership of a Clash Royale account, unlinking the current account from the old platform is required. This guide explains how to request an unlink and what to prepare for a successful transfer.
How to Request to Unlink an Account
Launch Clash Royale and tap the Settings icon in the top-left corner of the main screen.
Tap Help and Support.
In the bottom-right corner, tap the Email icon, then select Other Questions.
Your default email app (e.g., iCloud Mail, Gmail) will open with a pre-composed email to Supercell Support.
Do not change the recipient or subject. In the first line of the email body, write your reason for unlinking the account.
Required Information to Unlink an Account
The seller should provide the following details, which must be included in your email to support:
Game account name
Clan affiliation (if applicable, include clan name)
Experience level (number shown in the blue star icon)
Date and time of last login
Account creation date (month and year)
City or country where the account was created
Device model used to play the game
Purchase history
If gems were purchased: Provide screenshots of the first and latest 5 receipts
If no purchases were made: Simply state "No purchase"
How to Reduce the Risk of Account Recovery by the Original Owner
To secure the account after receiving it:
Immediately change the password linked to the platform account (Google/Apple ID).
Make a gem purchase using your own payment method to update the account's ownership history.
Request full account information from the seller and complete the unlink request on your device.
