Why was my order canceled and refunded? (Purchase Limit Exceeded)

To ensure a secure marketplace for all users, we have daily and monthly purchase limits in place. Your recent order was canceled because it exceeded your current account limit.

  • Refund Status: A full refund has been automatically triggered to your original payment source. Depending on your bank, it may take 3–5 business days to appear in your statement.
  • How to Increase Your Limit: To make larger purchases in the future, you can upgrade your account limit by completing our Identity Verification process.

What you need to do:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Verification.
  3. Upload a clear Proof of Identity (POI) (e.g., Passport, ID Card, or Driver’s License).

Once our team verifies your documents, your purchasing limit will be adjusted accordingly.
