- Order refunds (excluding Singapore).
- Redeeming G2G points.
- For Malaysian and Indonesian sellers: You can withdraw your Seller credit as G2G Store Credit.
Can I top up my G2G Store Credit?
No, topping up G2G Store Credit is not supported on this platform.
Using G2G Store Credit When you place an order and proceed to checkout, your G2G Store Credit balance will be automatically deducted to pay for your purchase. If your G2G Store Credit is insufficient, you'll need to select another payment method to cover the remaining amount. On the other hand, if your Store Credit fully covers the order, no additional fees will be charged.
Checking your balance and transactions
- Click on your username in the menu and select "G2G Store Credit". Then, click on "View Bill".
- Your transaction history for the Store Credit will be displayed.
Do I need to pay taxes when using G2G Store Credit?
Yes.
Can I change the currency of my G2G Store Credit?
The currency of your Store Credit can be changed by contacting support, but only once. For example, you can request to change your Store Credit currency from USD to EUR. (Please note that Indonesian and Malaysian users can only use their respective currencies. If you wish to change to another currency, you need to change your registered phone number to a different country first. Please be aware that your Store Credit balance will be emptied after the change. The same applies for changes from other countries to Malaysia or Indonesia.)
Can I withdraw my G2G Store Credit? G2G Store Credit obtained from order refunds can be returned to your original payment method by contacting support. (Please note that this is only applicable if you haven't used the Store Credit, and partial withdrawals are not currently supported.) G2G Store Credit obtained from redeeming points or withdrawing sales balance cannot be withdrawn.
