ArcheAge: Auction House Trading Guide

This guide explains how to complete your order through the Auction House in ArcheAge. Please follow the steps below carefully to avoid any issues.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Seller Contacts Buyer
   Once the order is placed, the seller will reach out to the buyer via G2G chat.

2. Seller Provides Listing Details
   The seller will instruct the buyer on how to list items on the Auction House. This includes:

   • The type of items to list

   • The quantity for each item

   • The starting price and/or buy now price

   • The bidding duration

3. Buyer Lists Items According to Seller’s Instructions
   The buyer must:

   • List different items as specified by the seller

   • Inform the seller which items were listed

   • Indicate the chosen bidding duration

4. Wait for Seller to Purchase the Items
   Once listed, wait for the seller to purchase the auctioned items.

5. If Items Are Not Sold But Seller Marks as Delivered
   If the seller confirms delivery but none of your items are sold, take a screenshot immediately as proof.

6. If Items Expire Without Being Sold

   • Modify the quantity of items in the expired auction.

   • For example: if you previously listed 1 unit per item, you may relist with 2 or 3 units.

   • Avoid listing the exact same configuration as the previous listing.
