If your order status shows as delivered but you haven’t received anything, here’s what you can do:
Step 1: Contact the Seller
Try reaching out to the seller via G2G Web Chat for clarification.
There may be a delay or misunderstanding regarding the delivery.
Step 2: Take Action If You Can’t Reach the Seller
If the seller is unresponsive or the issue remains unresolved:
Click “Not Receive” or “Report” on the receipt confirmation section
This will alert our team to investigate the issue further
Note: Avoid confirming receipt unless you have actually received your order.
