What should I do if I receive something other than what I paid for?

It is the seller's responsibilities to avoid ambiguity when listing their items for sales. In the rare event that you receive your order which does not match the description, please contact the seller immediately to resolve the issue. Most of the time it is just a simple understanding. However, If an agreed resolution cannot be met with the seller, you may open a trade dispute. If we find that the seller did not deliver what was described in the order, we will issue a refund accordingly.
