What Should I Do If I Receive Something Other Than What I Paid For?

Sellers are responsible for providing clear and accurate item descriptions. In the rare event that your order does not match the listing, follow these steps:


Step 1: Contact the Seller

Reach out to the seller via G2G Web Chat to explain the issue.

In most cases, it’s just a misunderstanding that can be quickly resolved.


Step 2: Open a Trade Dispute (If Needed)

If no resolution is reached after speaking with the seller:

  • You may open a trade dispute

  • Be sure to include any relevant evidence or screenshots to support your case

If G2G finds that the item delivered is not as described, a refund will be issued accordingly.
