Seller Did Not Deliver Within the Promised Delivery Time. What Should I Do?

While most orders on G2G are delivered on time, some may occasionally be delayed beyond the seller’s stated delivery window.


What You Can Do

If your order is delayed, we recommend working directly with the seller to resolve the issue.
You can contact the seller through G2G Web Chat to coordinate the completion of the transaction.

Note: The order will not be automatically closed due to delay. The seller may still deliver successfully within the allowed timeframe.

We strongly encourage you to allow the full duration of the seller’s delivery period before taking further steps.


If You No Longer Wish to Wait

Once the promised delivery time has passed, and you no longer wish to wait, you may submit a cancellation request for the order.
