This guide walks you through the steps to resolve payment disputes or chargebacks, depending on the payment method used.
Important Note: Resolving a dispute or making a repayment does not guarantee that all limitations on your account will be removed immediately. Further review may be required before full access is restored.
Delivery/Product Disputes (PayPal)
If the dispute relates to delivery issues or product quality:
Log in to your PayPal account
Go to the Resolution Center
Locate the open dispute and choose “Close Dispute”
Once closed, G2G will remove any restrictions tied to the dispute and restore access to services.
Claims Filed on PayPal
If you’ve filed a claim (instead of a dispute):
Log in to PayPal and go to the Resolution Center
Locate the claim and choose the option to close it
Closing a claim works similarly to disputes — PayPal will lift restrictions, and you’ll typically regain purchase access within 24 hours.
Credit Card Chargebacks
If you initiated a chargeback through your credit card:
Contact your card issuer and explain that the chargeback was a misunderstanding
Ask them to close the chargeback case
Once resolved, forward the email confirmation from your card issuer (including your request and their response) to G2G
After verification with our payment processor, restrictions will be reviewed and removed where applicable.
Other Payment Methods
If you paid using non-credit card and non-PayPal options:
