All sellers offering top-up services on G2G must comply with the rules below. These policies are designed to ensure buyer safety, maintain fair practices, and uphold service quality across the platform.
General Rules for All Top-Up Listings
Accuracy of Listing
Sellers must deliver exactly what is described in their listing.Delivery Speed

All listings must be placed in the appropriate service category.Fake Listings
Creating false or misleading listings is not allowed.Transaction Records
Sellers must retain transaction details in the event of a dispute. Failure to do so may result in losing the dispute.Communication Protocol

First offense: Temporary suspension
Second offense: Permanent suspension and freezing of store credit
G2G reserves the right to reject all appeals or refund requests.

Immediate account suspension and freezing of store credit.
G2G reserves the right to deny any appeal or refund.Fraudulent Accounts
Creating multiple accounts to purchase one’s own listings is strictly prohibited.
Offenders will be suspended without notice and forfeit all balances.Blocking Fraudulent Buyers
If a buyer is proven to be fraudulent, the seller must ban the buyer’s account and provide proof to G2G.
Failure to do so will void chargeback protection.Conduct Toward Buyers
Sellers must be respectful and professional in all communications.
Any form of harassment or threat is strictly prohibited.
Buyers are encouraged to report such behavior to G2G Support.Source of Top-Ups
All top-ups must come directly from official distributors.
Any top-ups conducted via third-party or unauthorized platforms are forbidden.
G2G reserves the right to cancel affected orders and suspend the seller’s account.
Manual Top-Up Policy
Eligibility
Manual top-ups are only available to sellers at User Level 30 or above.Payment Restrictions
Credit card payments are not accepted for manual top-ups. Attempting to use one will result in immediate suspension.Proof of Delivery
Sellers must provide screenshots or videos showing:Buyer’s character ID
Quantity before and after delivery
Payment receipt
Transaction Evidence Requirement
All orders must be accompanied by verifiable delivery evidence as requested by G2G.
Orders will only be processed and funds released after approval of submitted proof.
If not approved, affected orders will remain incomplete until approved.Account Logout Confirmation
Sellers must inform buyers through G2G chat and provide proof of logging out from the buyer's account to prevent disputes.Reserve Funds
10% of funds will be automatically reserved for each successful order.
Once delivery proof is verified, the reserved funds will be released after 15 days.Communication Policy
All communication must occur via G2G web chat. Sellers must not share personal contacts or communicate outside the platform.
